Why am I not receiving any of your emails such as support ticket replies?

All emails sent by us, system generated or manually sent by us, such as invoices, payment reminders, support ticket replies and client area password reminders, etc. are stored in each individual client area account. If for any reason you haven't received any of these emails or your spam system deleted it or for any other reason your unable to receive these emails you can read all of them from your client area.

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Login in your Client area at https://www.cyberteq.biz/clients/
  • In the top menu bar, in the right side you will see a text "Hello!" click on it and select "Emails Sent" from the drop down menu.
  • There you will see all the emails sent by our system.
 
Note: To view support ticket replies, we do recommend that you check directly under the Support > Tickets section in the menu bar. There you will find all your support tickets and you can reply to any of them.
